Art can be a barometer of the political landscape. Do you respond to current events in your art? How does your artwork speak to these times? This exhibition highlights current practices in the art studios of Santa Cruz County here and now. Our intention is for this exhibition to inspire and act as a catalyst to action in turbulent times!

*(ARRT) Artists Respond and Resist Together is a Santa Cruz collective

This is the  second juried exhibition of POLITICAL artwork sponsored by ARRT.  The mission of ARRT states,  “We are an affiliation of artists joined together by our shared belief in the power of art to effect social change and protect democratic values. Our creative skills support progressive social actions in our local community and beyond.”
